Clay Hales
Board Member
Clay Hales founded InfoSystems in 1994 and has more than 35 years of experience in the information systems industry. Clay is a recognized expert in IT consulting and solution design, having led hundreds of successful network and system installation projects. He has held many exclusive industry designations, including serving as a member of the Global Business Partner Advisory Council for IBM (fewer than 50 members in the world) for nearly a decade, and is a sought-after speaker at many industry events.
Keith Hales

Keith Hales brings a client-first and business value approach to a technical industry, and is leading our team in a period of industry transition, growth and ever-changing client needs. Keith holds a Management degree from Carson-Newman University and has earned his Master’s in Business Administration through UT Knoxville’s Professional MBA program.
Paul Sanfilippo

Paul Sanfilippo has held various sales and senior management roles over the last 25 years in the tech sector with companies such as IBM, EMC, Commvault and Comdisco. As CEO of One Point Financial he was responsible for creating the vision and operational execution of the business. Under his leadership he led the company through a period of revitalization, continued market share gains and significant operating improvements and positioned the company for a successful merger. In addition to his Fortune 500 experience, he transformed Atreus Systems form a “start up” into a global market leader in the VoIP market. His entrepreneurial experience and successful track record blended with enterprise structure provided the foundation for success in every organization.
Orry Dubois
Chief Technology Officer
Orry DuBois, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads the ZPX Cloud technology team’s change in thinking in how to design, and implement Disaster Recovery as a Service solutions that yield unprecedented business resumption capabilities across the IT enterprise. With over 30 years experience in the DR industry in various leadership and executive roles, including operational responsibility for the flagship facilities of Comdisco and SunGard, Orry brings a hands-on approach to every client engagement to uniquely operationalize DR solutions to also provide data driven insights and confront the Cyber threats. Prior to joining ZPX Cloud, Orry served 15 years with IBM’s Disaster Recovery practice as a technical solution manager, sales territory leader, and product developer where he earned distinction as a master-innovator. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.
Greg Holzman
VP Solutions Architecture
Greg Holzman has over 30 years of Technology Industry experience most recently with 15 years serving IBM as an Executive IT Architect where he designed data replication and cyber resiliency multi-platform solutions for large enterprise clients. He evaluated business goals, technical requirements and budgets to engineer an end to end solution design that meets the client’s expectations. Prior to IBM Greg worked at Giantloop consulting, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Paine Webber, Sungard Availability Services and Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services. Some of his responsibilities included managing an Enterprise Lab, Product Development and Mainframe Systems Programming.
